You will be responsible for providing meaningful analysis of sales data, recognizing trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to maximize revenue and operating profit. If youre looking for a role that will give you the opportunity to make an impact on the success of the organization, this could be the perfect fit for you.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing meaningful analysis of sales data, recognizing trends and opportunities, and making recommendations to maximize salesAnalyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for sales growthWork with marketing to respond to national RFPs, bids, and tendersCommunicate findings and recommendations to commercial teamRemain up to date with industry trends and product offeringsCreate reports on business performance and provide feedback to key stakeholdersWork collaboratively with other teams and departments to drive commercial initiativesUtilize data analysis tools to improve sales performanceMonitor competitor activity and provide insights to the commercial leadership teamDevelop and implement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of sales dataSupport ad-hoc projects and initiatives as neededMust Have:Requires a Bachelor degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Nice to HaveStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Knowledge of sales incentives plans or compensation policies.Experience with SAPAny additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, would be considered an advantageWhy Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.Its essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
