Adecco US, Inc. Senior Credit & Collections Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Credit & Collections Representative to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments. You will work closely with major and complex accounts, resolving disputes, and making informed credit decisions. This role offers competitive compensation ( $24.50/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the 3 month contract period.

Requirements:

  • 3-20 years of experience in account resolution and credit extension.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and credit reports.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Description:

  • Manage collection activities for major and complex accounts.

  • Analyze collection data and identify trends.

  • Review credit held orders and recommend credit extensions.

  • Resolve short payments, disputes, and billing issues.

  • Follow credit processes and procedures to release orders on hold.

  • Conduct customer reviews and recommend credit lines.

  • Monitor account aging and set collection goals.

  • Assist with various projects and initiatives.

Pay Details: $24.50 per hour
