Robert Half Creative Project Manager - Design in Minneapolis, Wisconsin

Description

3 month contract with possible extension (Cover for mat leave)

100% remote

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the creative development process including planning, brand creative execution, and production of multiple marketing or communication projects simultaneously.

• Serve as the main point of contact for business partners and creative team, acting as a liaison to establish expectations and monitor project timelines, workloads, and objectives.

• Manage large scale, multi-component creative projects in various mediums, ensuring brand consultation during development.

• Collaborate proactively with business partners to provide creative team members with the right direction, creative briefs, and consolidated feedback throughout the creative development process.

• Manage specification documents for print and electronic projects, applying knowledge of various mediums and their production requirements.

• Identify and troubleshoot potential project risks related to scope, resources, and timelines, escalating to management when necessary.

• Coordinate closely with the Brand team on brand questions throughout the consultation and execution.

• Monitor the quality of work to meet business partner objectives, brand standards, and production requirements, including the review of final deliverables.

• Utilize communication, planning, and negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors and other external parties.

• Leverage digital tools and monitoring systems to ensure efficient project management and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience and 5-7 years of experience in an advertising or creative agency and/or creative project management environment

  • Proven project management skills and excellent organizational skills using Monday.com workflow management tool.

  • Experience managing design workflow with the creative teams.

  • Must have agency experience.

  • Knowledge of marketing through digital channels website social email etc. and creating effective marketing or communications for these platforms.
