ManpowerGroup Reach Truck Operator/Warehouse in Miramar, Florida

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the Logistics Department, supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Reach Truck Operator

Location: Miramar, Florida

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Move products efficiently for receiving, stocking, replenishments, and order filling.

  • Safely and efficiently drive stand-up, dock stocker, and sit-down (certified) lift trucks.

  • Operate in and around trailers, containers, and storage areas of the warehouse.

  • Follow directions and change priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform any manual or machine function as needed, including team lifting and moving boxes, products, and pallets manually weighing up to 60 lbs.

What’s Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • Ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently; lift certified or ability to obtain certification.

  • Basic inventory transaction computer skills, including WMS System/RF Scanner knowledge.

  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; Spanish preferred.
