Aerotek Cnc Mill Machinist in Mishawaka, Indiana

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR CNC MILL MACHINISTS!!!

Job Description

  • A leading manufacturer in the South Bend-Mishawaka area is seeking 8 CNC Mill Machinists to join our dynamic team across all shifts. The facility hosts 5 different CNC machine cells (A-D) with approximately 20 CNC machines, including both vertical and horizontal machining centers (5-axis mills), as well as turning centers (lathes) and CNC deburring machines. These particular positions will operate Horizontal Mills (4- or 5-axis Mills). Each cell has varying complexity and skill requirements, and compensation increases with complexity. Opportunities are available in Cell A (high-volume, less-skilled), Cell B (custom cell, higher skill level), and Cell C (extremely custom, expert-level setup required). Work hours include 1st shift (3 openings) from 7:00am to 3:00pm, and 2nd shift (2 openings) from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Expect 50-hour work weeks and some Saturdays, with the potential to eliminate Saturdays once fully staffed. Compensation ranges from $19/hr to $23/hr, with a $2.50 shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts.
