Aircraft Exterior/Interior Cleaner

We are currently looking for Aircraft Exterior & Interior Cleaners to join our growing team.

Aircraft Exterior cleaning, known as aircraft exterior detailing/wash involves restoring the original condition of the surface of

the aircraft. The exterior cleaning can be carried out using a water wash, just wash, or simply wiping the aircraft with spray

cleaner and cloth. The purpose of exterior cleaning is to remove dirt, bugs, exhaust streaks, oil stains and spots from the outer surface of the aircraft body which helps to enhance the physical appearance of the aircraft and enhances the lifespan of the aircraft exterior body, paintwork, and associated components.

As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will provide prompt and efficient service to our Airline partner and their

customers by performing the following duties:

Job Description Summary:

• Ensure a safe work environment by following rules and regulations regarding the workplace.

• Equipping the aircraft exterior/cabin for flight according to specifications with equipment and exterior/cabin servicing

supplies.

• Cleaning exterior/interior of the aircraft.

• Assist in stocking the vehicles used in the grooming function.

• Wipe down and clean other areas of the cabin/galley/lavatories that need cleaning.

• Remove trash and debris from planes.

• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location

• Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

• Complete yearly training to keep current with standard operating procedures for safety and service

• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school/GED

• Must be able to pass a background check, and able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)

• Must be able to lift 25 kgs

• Continuously stand and walk for complete shift

• Be able to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs

• Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week. Airlines are 24/7, so we require our team to be flexible to

work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays (Sunday-Thursday 1800-0200 AND/OR 2000-0400)

• Must possess reliable transportation to work

Successful candidates will receive the following paid training: 1-day training from a provincially regulated program on how

to work from heights, In-house training on washing techniques and standard operating procedures on equipment and

safety procedures.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from heights (4-12 feet).

• Must attend pre-employment training. All prospective agents must pass training to continue on with employment

Due to demand of exterior wash, aircrafts are not always available for servicing. Although a rare occurrence, this

would allow the exterior wash employees to assist in the operation of grooming cabin interiors as directed by the

operations manager.
