Production Supervisor

Pay Rate: $75,000/Yearly

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee operational excellence by meeting production and quality standards, managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance. You will coordinate training, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) audits, and drive continuous improvements. Your role also includes ensuring process compliance, overseeing safety audits, addressing target shortfalls, and coordinating action plans. Additionally, you will support problem-solving, system management, and assist in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies in a unionized environment.

Hard Skills

• 5+ Years of Supervisor Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with SAP/ERP Systems
