Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ESS Installation Tech to join our team! In this role you will get to work on upgrading and installing large Government security systems .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing CCV, IDS, Access Control, and Intercom Systems

• Troubleshooting existing and upgraded systems with programmers and other team members during the conversion.

• Assisting in documenting changes related to install, barcoding, and redlining project plans

• Obtaining and Maintaining system certifications (Identiv, Bosch, Commend, Aiphone, Allied Telesis, Cisco, etc) as needed

• Manage conversion of equipment during and after installation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High School diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience

• Technical knowledge in CCV, IDS, Access Control, and Intercom Systems

• Ability to apply knowledge in the troubleshooting of existing and new systems

• Ability to pass an extensive background check prior to employment due to the fact that we work on US Government facilities

• General understanding of applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to operations and safety.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Prior certifications in any/all of the system certifications listed above

• Excitement to learn and grow in the ESS field and working in large ESS environments

• Advanced troubleshooting and overall experience
