Harbor Wholesale Regional Store Solutions Rep - Step UP to Travel! in Modesto, California
Modesto Based 40 hours per week: Four (4) 10-hour shifts Tuesday-Friday OR Monday-Thursday. This is a regional/travel position overnights are required from the Oregon border, to San Luis Obispo on the west-side to Reno on the eastern rim of the Sierras, and the south Bakersfield areas. Two years merchandiser experience is highly preferred in a retail or wholesale field route environment or similar.
Salary: $21/hr to $24hr DOE

Job Purpose:
- Store Solutions Representative responsibilities are to verify that the customers received everything they ordered off the invoice as well as price, rotate, and stock items from pre-loaded totes. The Harbor SSR will be rotating all products to ensure the customer gets the extended length of product shelf life.
- Clean and arranges the displays and shelves, as needed.
- Communicate with Sales Representative or Regional Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.
- Develop a relationship with store managers and employees.
- Be a courteous and responsible driver at all times.
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment.
- Report any issues to their manager.
- Verify quantity and quality of each product.
- Date all frozen items/price all items unless store does not call for it.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.
- Ability to operate personal computer or fax machine.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach repetitively.
- Two years merchandiser experience is highly preferred in a retail or wholesale field route environment or similar.
Education:
- High school or equivalent
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required) in good standing with current insurance, even though a company vehicle will be used.
