HFI,LLC Plant Manager in Monclova, Mexico
Are you prepared to spearhead a dynamic team aimed at maximizing efficiency in a prominent manufacturing facility? We're in search of a seasoned Operations Director to manage Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance at our Romita manufacturing plant with 500+ employees. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you'll be instrumental in upholding operational standards. We're looking for an ideal candidate with a progressive automotive career, preferably a Plant Manager ready to advance to the next level in their professional journey.
We are looking for someone who has experience:
Leading a team of department managers in production, engineering, quality management, MP&L, HR, and plant management.
Implementing policy deployment in key areas including safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost reduction, lean manufacturing, and customer satisfaction.
Supporting growth initiatives and successful product launches while maintaining high standards for safety, legal compliance, and ethical conduct.
We need someone to:
Drive culture change towards continuous improvement while prioritizing safety and compliance.
Control labor costs and eliminate the need for expedited shipments.
Minimize scrap through effective metrics and root cause analysis.
Foster a unified and effective management team.

Additional Experience includes:
Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience with Toyota Production Systems and familiarity with unionized environments is highly desirable.
Successful candidates typically demonstrate a history of staying with companies for an average of 5 years, showcasing their commitment and dedication to long-term success.
Candidates with experience working in automotive manufacturing, particularly in plants located in the northern region of Mexico, will be given preference.
