The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on the implementation and execution of maintenance programs according to vendor specifications and experience.

  • Work on enterprise-level competence-related tasks.

  • Establish the necessary documentation and make it available to users.

  • Assess the need for, and recommend renewal and modifications to, existing equipment in cooperation with end users.

  • Remove lifting equipment from service when it is no longer fit for use.

  • Assess technical solutions for lifting and transport operations.

  • Work on material handling in projects.

  • Develop new solutions for lifting and material handling operations.

You

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline, e.g., Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • A certificate of apprenticeship with relevant experience could compensate for theoretical background.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from an onshore oil or gas facility.

  • Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards, e.g., Machinery Directive, would be an advantage.

  • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (Norwegian preferred).

  • Team player with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

  • Creative, cooperative, and proactive, with strong communication skills.

  • Analytical approach, with the ability to understand and manage risk.
