About the Role
Realizar la revisión y captura de las facturas para posteriormente efectuar las transferencias bancarias en moneda extranjera a proveedores.
Your Responsibilities
Revisar las facturas de proveedores extranjeros, capturara en el sistema, cotejando que lo facturado sea igual a lo recibido por almacenes y orden de compra.
Realizar la transferencia a los proveedores en moneda extranjera por medio del portal bancario autorizado, así como la contabilización adecuada.
Emitirá el reporte semanal de todas aquellas facturas con problemas de recibos asegurando su correcta resolución.
Integrar y depurar la cuenta de pagos anticipados.
Conciliar sus reportes de cuentas por pagar (Aging-Uninvoiced receipts) contra el reporte de libro mayor, validando los movimientos efectuados.
Mantener actualizadas las cuentas bancarias de los proveedores en los sistemas bancarios, así como en sistema Baan.
Atenderá a proveedores en la solución de los problemas relacionados con pagos y facturas.
Who we are looking for
Carrera terminada como Contador Público, Administración o afín.
6 meses de experiencia en puestos similares.
Your preferred qualifications
Conocimiento de técnicas contables.
Conocimiento en el manejo de portales bancarios.
Manejo básico de sistemas ERP.
Dominio intermedio de MS Excel.
Conocimientos básicos de impuestos.
Nivel avanzado de inglés.
