• Customer Migration Assistance:

o Provide program planning support to customers using standup meetings and other communications tools and practices.

o Assisting customers with updating devices using remote software downloading and installation.

o Preregistering updated devices in preparation for migration to AWS IoT.

o Migrating customer’s preregistered devices to AWS IoT.

o Address customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with clear and concise guidance.

o Escalate complex issues to Senior Program Manager when necessary.

• Documentation and Record Keeping:

o Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer sites and devices migrated.

o Document product or process failures, including resolution of the failures.

o Document and maintain accurate and concise work times.

o Leverage Smartsheet tracking and collaboration tools for tracking/documentation.

• Technical Assistance:

o Collaborate with Authorized Service Contractors (ASC) and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or network issues during migration.

o Guide customer though the use of online video training, as needed or requested.

• Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with other AWS IoT Onboarding Support Specialists and other team members, learning from their expertise and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

o Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Professional Development:

o Stay updated on the latest product features, updates, and best practices.

o Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.

• 2+ years of software implementation and deployment for customer projects.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development activities.
