Aerotek is now hiring on behalf of a manufacturing facility in Montgomery, PA. All positions are long-term, full time, and training will be provided.

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Welders/Fabricators to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fabrication and production welding and looking to grow their experience in the field.

First shift is currently available:

• Monday through Thursday - 10 hour shifts - 600AM to 430PM

• Friday - 8 hour shift - 600AM to 230PM

• When needed, Saturday - 6 hour shift - 600AM to 1230PM

• Starting pay is $18.50 - $20.05 per hour, depending on experience and ability.

• In busy season you will be expected to work 54 hour weeks.

• Any overtime is time and a half.

Skills:

• Professional experience in MIG welding required.

• For this position welding ability needs to be cosmetic, not just structural.

• Able to weld overhead.

• Experience welding stainless steel and carbon steel.

• Able to weld vertical downs and vertical ups.

• Able to weld horizontals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for welding and fabricating various parts of truck bodies, including the frame, underbody, body, lift gates, and other components as needed.

Experience Level:

• 1 to 3 years of mig welding experience.

Job Site:

• medium to heavy industrial facility.

Candidates are able to interview and weld test as soon as possible on site. If you bring your own hood and equipment that would be great, but not required.
