Within the Pharma Services Group, the Drug Product Division Europe is responsible for the development and commercial production of drugs improving the life of millions of patients. Responsibilities:

As a Data System Administrator, you will perform Administrator activities collaborating with all business functions for the management of user account and systems activities.

Primary activities:

  • Local user account management

  • Alarm range/delay time/ channel setting management on data recording systems.

  • Time change/alignment for those systems/equipment not connected to the network.

  • Data backup for equipments

  • Periodic account review.

  • Issue specific periodic reports

  • Review of specific documents (i.e., URS)

  • Support to the team in the improvement project in terms of systems management and segregation of duties

Requirements

MSc or BSc in a Scientific Subject

Technical and PC knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Good knowledge of GMPs Regulation

  • Knowledge of CFR21 part.11 compliance

Professional Experience:

3 or more years’ experience in a regulated pharmaceutical industry, or 2 years with related technical knowledge including data integrity for quality control, manufacturing or maintenance data

Foreign Languages:

English (required)
