General shop labor for powder coating operation. Includes sand blasting, some assembly of products, preparing products for powder coating process (sanding, stripping, hanging), inspecting finished products, loading and unloading customer products, operating forklift, cleanup of shop. Must be able to safely and comfortably lift items of approximately 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation. Timeliness and reliability are critical.
