Job Title: Environmental Consulting Project Manager & Due Diligence Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager & Due Diligence Specialist to join the Environmental Consulting Division. This position provides an opportunity for the right individual to grow and settle into higher-level positions within the career field. The role includes performing and reviewing environmental due diligence projects, conducting field sampling activities, and preparing technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review environmental due diligence projects, including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, and site assessments in accordance with ASTM International standards.

• Perform field sampling activities of soil, groundwater, and vapor media.

• Prepare technical reports for submittal to regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.

• Meet qualifications as an Environmental Professional in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Thorough understanding of ASTM 1527-21.

• Project management experience.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with work performed from home and at project sites. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $49.00/hr.
