Robert Half PC Technician in Moorestown, New Jersey

Description We are offering an opportunity for an entry-level PC Technician based in Moorestown, New Jersey. This role involves providing technical support, performing system installations and updates, and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. This is a short-term contract role that would be an excellent addition to your professional portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software, ensuring optimal system performance.

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on all computer systems to prevent and resolve potential issues.

• Provide technical support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.

• Conduct system updates and software installations to ensure the latest versions are used and system security is maintained.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all installed systems and updates for reference and auditing purposes.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement best practices for system setup and maintenance.

• Use your PC Skills to effectively manage and resolve technical issues.

• Utilize your knowledge in Desktop Imaging to maintain and enhance system performance.

• Apply your skills in PC Desktop - Workstation to provide high-quality user support.

• Leverage your expertise in Desktop Hardware to ensure all systems are running efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficient in PC Skills including software and hardware troubleshooting

• Experience in Desktop Imaging and PC Desktop - Workstation

• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware including installation and maintenance

• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain PC equipment

• Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
