Gentiva Infrastructure Engineer - Remote in Mooresville, North Carolina

Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This position will directly report to the IT Manager of Network, Computer, Phones, and Storage, and be responsible for providing network design, engineering, and administrative support for both physical and virtual networking devices.

  • Design data center network

  • Work with multiple vendors to implement and complete projects

  • Provide support to end users for the environment

  • Document the current network and future states

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science is preferred

  • Three-five years of experience in a telecommunications voice engineer role

  • Knowledge of Dell Networking, Fortinet, Viptela, and Meraki

  • Experience configuring and maintaining load balances preferred (FortiADC)

  • Familiar with Forticlient/FortiEMS and SSLVPN

  • Experience with Azur, AWS, and Terraform

  • Good understanding of VOIP and related technologies

  • Solid understanding of DNS and SolarWinds

  • Strong documentation skills and experience with diagrams

  • NSE4-5 certifications

  • Fortinet Engineer certification desired
