West Virginia Employer Department Manager in Morgantown, West Virginia
Manage the day to day operations of the applicable department. Manage and train staff per company guidelines. Handle and address discipline, coaching and terminating of employees. Supervise merchandising of department while maintaining company standards. Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and math skills are required. Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Department Managers should also be extremely detailed oriented and have the ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team setting. $15.00 to 21.50 depending on experience.
