Responsible for supporting multiple Epic pre/post-live operations in a training and build capacity for Inpatient Practitioner and Lab.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Interacts with operational managers and departmental leads for training management.

2. Designs and builds innovative curriculum and learning environments, including virtual and eLearning, and/or help manage post live ongoing site-based training efforts to maintain a baseline level of correctness beyond the classroom.

3. Supports Epic users at all stages of their expertise with the application.

4. Solves highly complex problems.

5. Develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative.

6. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Epic Certification within 6 months of joining.

Preferred:

1. 1 year of experience with Epic as a Credentialed Trainer and Epic proficiency preferred.
