PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Technician responsible for performing hardware maintenance or diagnostic activities under supervision and following existing methodology mainly related to module repairs, and preventative activities under the guidance of an experienced technician.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair, maintain and test equipment/modules under guidance in the repair centre and in the field.
Track repetitive problems and escalate if required
Registration of Call information into the service system
Prepare repair reports and documents Support the Repair Technicians

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
Professional School / Electronics / Computers / Mechanics
Electromechanical knowledge
Experience in office equipment or industry automation
Experience in Mechanical/Electronics repair activities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good analytical skills with a systematic approach to problems
Focus on customer needs (either internal or external)
Focus on results (targets, time and quality)
Works according to planning, procedures and regulations
Works in a systematic manner and orderly. Has an eye for details, is careful and accurate.
Fluent written and spoken Russian.
Good level of reading and writing in Technical English. Fluent written and spoken English would be an advantage.
No military service obligation.
It is important that you have the required clearance/paperwork to enable you to work in Russia before you apply for this role.
