Google Associate Strategic Partner Manager, Google Play Games Partnerships in Mountain View, California

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.

  • Experience managing partnerships.

  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The Google Play Partnerships team is responsible for seeking and building new business and product opportunities with Google's partners within an evolving ecosystem. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for partners, helping them find ways to problem solve and grow on the Google Play platform.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage and help grow partnerships with mobile game developers by working with senior Strategic Partner Managers to help solve for the developer’s business aspirations and challenges.

  • Build partner relationships by helping to bring them the Google Play’s tools and offerings.

  • Support partners on integrating early access products and key priority programs.

  • Develop an understanding of growth consulting, analyzing key game metrics to help partner’s games grow.

  • Help partners execute opportunities to deliver on their strategic goals.
