Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience driving technical Enterprise-to-Enterprise projects in Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Knowledge in the CRM domain.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience driving execution and quality product deliveries.

  • Excellent analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.

Connect Sales Team builds and maintains the core surfaces and workflows that help sellers achieve success. The team is the central access point for sellers on Connect Sales and also powers the user sessions across the ecosystem.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Design and deliver program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders.

  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that address improvement including Resource Stewardship (deployment of machine and people resources) in collaboration with program stakeholders and objectives.

  • Collect data to execute programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, and identify/execute on program tasks managing dependencies.

  • Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.

  • Build relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of program stakeholders, and ensure they have the insights they need to make decisions.
