Full-Time Custodian- START 2nd WEEK OF AUGUST

Are you looking for a Great Place to Work? You will enjoy a positive and stress-free environment as an employee at Romanow Building Services. Our company is accepting applications for full-time janitors in Mt. Pleasant. Rate of Pay $12-13 hourly. 

We need reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated workers. Workers will perform various cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customers. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc. 

*Requirements: *

• At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's license
• Excellent attendance & reliable transportation
• Pass a background and reference check
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods. 

*Primary Responsibilities:  *

• Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Operate floor equipment such as auto floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls. 
• Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets. 
• Changing light bulbs
• General snow removal from entrances as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
