Responsibilities and Duties
Act as a senior customer service leader.
Work alongside your team to assess and improve overall performance.
Assist the broader sales team engaging as needed to assist in providing information.
Manage multiple customer service associates, meeting customer expectations of a responsive customer service organization.
Utilize Intellectual Capital programs to incorporate a diverse performance driven culture, developing, coaching and training associates to improve their skill set, and prepare associates for advancement.
Work together with your peers to drive execution of deliverables and a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications and Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service
Minimum of 2 years proven leadership managing and developing sales team
Self-starter, experience managing a team
Prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Experience with a multi-faceted branch organization a plus
