Location: New Rochelle, NY
Pay Rate: $34.00/hr.
Hours: 5:45AM-1:45PM with commitment to work one weekend day. (35hrs)+ Benefits

Current & valid nursing licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Under the direction of the Program Directors and in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor, the Clinic Coordinator will assist the Program Director in the day to day operations of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Facilitates clients flow during the day, ensuring that their needs are addressed timely.
Coordinates specimen collection and ensures that labs are received by providers for review.
Monitors equipment calibration dates and schedules servicing as per manufacturer guidelines.
Assist the Program and Director with scheduling program activities,
Places, tracks, and receives all medical supplies and equipment orders.
Assists the Program Director with preparation for auditing purposes.
Support Program Director and other program leaders to ensure corrective action plans are implemented timely and monitor their success. Keeps regulatory agency certification spreadsheet up-to-date.
Keeps all METRO vendor and service accounts up to date on spreadsheet.
Schedules biannual security systems checks with Stratagem
Assists clinicians, PA, and MD with calendar schedules of appointments and send reminders accordingly.
Reviews client records as assigned, ensuring that all new admission check list items have been completed within regulatory time frames and ensures that all documents in need of scanning into the EHR records is complete at the end of each business day.
Maintains current knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders.
Participates in monthly leadership meetings and other meetings as requested.
Carries out coordinator responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Provides nursing support to medical department, in times of need. Performs a variety of other duties as assigned by Program Directors, including medication administration.
Fulfills 5 hours of weekend coverage.
Supports Security Officer with information gathering, client check in and identification
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
Hands-on experience with network administration.
Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Sufficient skills to communicate effectively with system users regarding technical and business issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Current and valid nursing licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
Three (3) years of experience working with an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) or Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program preferred.
Three years of administrative experience
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
Able to work in open space floor plan
Must be capable to move throughout work day
