Job Title – Consumer Insights Manager

Location – Mumbai, India

Job model – WFO

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Consumer Insights Resource. The purpose of this job is to support the growth and profitability of a given category element (brand, client, product application), by leveraging on a solid category / technical understanding and a timely and effective execution of activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Working together with project/category leaders establishing a consumer insights plan & strategy implementation for the category

• Contributes to the identification and processing of key findings in consumer insight studies.

• Overall project coordination, monitoring, alignment, communication, review, and evaluation with key stakeholders

• Organizes creative sessions and workshops for clients.

• Implements regional category consumer insight plans for their segment strategies.

• Works closely with the technical teams to ensure relevant, consistent, and business insights.

• Communicates, trains, and promotes internally and externally our existing and new technical expertise and solutions.

• Provides detailed, in-depth analysis on the result of a study or collective studies, including synthesize different insights.

• Communicate and discuss the Result with relevant Stakeholders, work together with development/ evaluation teams to have olfactive conclusion learning.

  You bring

• Degree in Marketing or Business and/or, a technical (Chemistry or related field) degree.

• 7 years + related experience in a market research agency or FMCG manufacturer or fragrance & Flavour industry.

• Technical / professional knowledge & skills/ Planning & organizing / Building strategic working relationships/ Decision making.

• Good communication skills including transparency and diplomacy in interactions with various stakeholders.
