    Job Title: Manager – Experience Centres

    • Position Summary

    ASSA ABLOY is looking for a candidate for position- Manager, Experience Centre who will be responsib le to manage operations at ASSA ABLOY owned product displays and experience centre. This job involves overseeing strategies to engage with customers, channel partners, end users and critical influencers and ensure that they have a positive view of the company and better understanding of its products and services. The person should have in depth knowledge of the brands under ASSA ABLOY umbrella and range of products and solutions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of the Experience centre, manage daily operations.

  • Ensure all displays are in function and kept in proper working conditions

  • Engage with customers, provide them with thorough understanding of the products in display.

  • Help customer prepare the BOQ as per their requirement

  • Provide all the customers with ASSA ABLOY marketing collaterals for them to understand the products in details

  • Prepare calendar of activities for regular customer engagement

  • Invite architects, interior designers, contractors, channel partners and provide them with demonstrations.

  • Setting up processes and managing all the feedback documentation.

  • Evaluate the enquires and forward the same to the appropriate sales management team of the region for further closure.

  • Follow ups with internal team and external parties for enquires qualification and closure

  • Measuring the prospects and leads generation based on project estimate and valuation

    Skills Required:

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Proficient in local language verbally

  • Good command over verbal and written communications

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

  • Experience in MS Excel, Powerpoint

  • Ability to understand the technology and explaining to customer with great details

    Education Qualification & Experience required:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in Interior designing or architecture or mechanical engineering

  • 8-10 years in role at brand showrooms

  • Preferably from building materials industry or premium brand

    Additional Information:

    Should be flexible in working hours, Ready to travel if required.
