About the Job:

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Software Developer specializing in automation to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Developer focusing on automations, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions across Campaign Analytics. You will be critical in driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability by creating automated workflows, processes, and tools.

ROLE DETAILS:

  • Requirement gathering, use case identification, scoping, planning, end-to-end project management, delivery, and benefit capture across Campaign Analytics for internal and external projects.

  • Proactively set expectations to manage deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Plan deliverables around constraints; maintain a timeline and escalate proactively where needed.

  • Create & maintain project artifacts like requirement, design, & release documentation.

  • Implement automation initiatives independently with minimal supervision and oversight.

  • Proactively identify and design process improvement opportunities (Identify and implement automation where needed). Transform these into projects where appropriate.

  • Ensure alignment with Campaign Analytics stakeholders to prevent redundant work.

  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to drive process improvements, collaborate with leaders to prioritize projects based on business needs, and lead product POCs for various initiatives

  • Debug technical issues and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements to developed workstreams.

  • Learn new technologies/product stacks/business solutions and provide training to other associates on these topics.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)

  • 5 - 8 years of professional engineering experience

  • 3 years with a mainstream programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript etc)

  • Experience with SQL and advanced data systems (Spark, Presto, EMR)

  • Proficient in Google App Script

  • Experience with G Suite scripts and Google APIs

  • Experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with popular relational database systems (Postgres, MySQL Mariadb).

  • Experience with popular AWS services (Lamda, S3, RDS, EC2, etc.).

  • Experience with common developer tools (Git, Docker, Gitlab).

  • Ability to work independently and think critically Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across various regions/cultures.

  • Good understanding of industry and domain trends in ad-tech and marketing measurement

  • Experience in an Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environment is desirable.

  • Knowledge of the measurement domain, Brand Impact, and Market/Buyer Lift is a plus.
