AniCura Clinic Integrations Partner [Germany] / Project Manager in Munich, Germany

Role Overview

As a Clinic Integrations Partner at AniCura, you will ensure seamless integration of newly acquired German clinics. You will guide clinics through integration plans, support their transition into AniCura's systems and culture while preserving their identity, and deliver fully integrated clinics to the regional operations team. Your goal is to ensure exceptional client experiences, foster team development, and achieve financial success.

  • Reports To: Clinic Onboarding Manager

  • Location: Germany [Hybrid] [AniCura office is in Munich]

  • Languages: Proficient in English and German; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.

  • Contract: Full Time

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Integration Coordination

  • Lead Integration Efforts: Coordinate the integration of new clinics in Germany, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for the clinic during the integration period.

    Relationship Building

  • On-Site Support: Frequently visit clinics to build strong working relationships and provide hands-on support.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinic management teams and AniCura’s functional teams such as IT, HR, and Finance.

    Practical Support

  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist clinics in interacting with local authorities to obtain necessary regulatory approvals.

  • Operational Support: Help clinics with various non-technical tasks to ensure they are fully operational within AniCura’s framework.

    Process Improvement

  • Standardization: Collaborate with other integration partners to standardize integration processes and share best practices across markets.

  • Operational Efficiency: Support the clinic in implementing the integration plan to improve efficiency, clinical excellence, and customer engagement.

    Advocacy

  • Mission Alignment: Promote AniCura’s mission of 'Making a Better World for Pets' and strive to improve the animal and client experience at every step.

    About you:

  • Strong hands-on mentality and attention to detail.

  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and ever-changing environments.

  • Demonstrated project management skills (5+ years of experience).

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

  • Proficient in English and German; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.

  • Possesses intercultural sensitivity.

  • Exhibits a confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traveling, as it involves frequent visits to clinics with occasional international travel.
