    Role Overview:

    As a Clinic Integrations Partner at AniCura, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired German clinics into the company. You'll be responsible for guiding these clinics through their integration plans, supporting their transition into AniCura's systems and culture, all while preserving their individual identity. Your goal is to deliver fully integrated clinics to the regional operations team, primed for delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering team development, and achieving financial success. Working closely with the management teams of the acquired clinics and various functional teams within AniCura, you'll contribute directly to the company's inorganic growth targets and overall business development strategy.

    You will report to the Clinic Onboarding Manager who is responsible for the integration of all clinics across AniCura. Based in Germany, your role involves frequent travel to clinics, with occasional international travel. We offer a hybrid office working model, allowing for some remote work. The position is full-time, with flexibility for consideration of a 4-day work week.

  • Coordinate the integration of new clinics in Germany

  • Build a working relationship with the new clinic (be physically present at the clinic frequently during the integration period) and be the first point of contact for all integration matters for the clinic

  • Cooperate and coordinate with AniCura functional teams such as IT, P&O, finance etc. who are responsible for the specific integration requirements of their respective business functions

  • Support pre-acquisition process (ensure onboarding readiness) and work closely with M&A counterparts to ensure a smooth transition

  • Support the clinic in executing (non-technical) integration tasks, including interacting with local authorities for regulatory approvals

  • Adapt and react to the needs of the new clinic demonstrating a flexibility in your approach providing the hands-on support needed to allow each business to thrive

  • Support in the delivery of the integration plan to improve operational efficiencies, clinical excellence, people leadership & development as well as customer engagement

  • Collaborate on the standardization of clinic integration processes and practices with your integration partner colleagues in different markets

  • Share and embed our mission in ‘Making a Better World for Pets’ always striving to improve the animal and client experience

    About you:

  • Strong hands-on mentality and attention to detail.

  • Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and ever-changing environments.

  • Demonstrated project management skills (5+ years of experience).

  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

  • Previous operational role experience with exposure to diverse functions (e.g., marketing, IT, finance, HR) is preferred.

  • Proficient in English and German; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.

  • Possesses intercultural sensitivity.

  • Exhibits a confident and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
