The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. The hotel is located in the lively Westend, centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Munich's Old Town and within walking distance of the famous Oktoberfest grounds.

Who we are looking for...

Are you likeable "sales" personality and would you like to gain your first experience in the sales department of a top hotel in Munich? Then you are exactly right with us. You will create enthusiasm for our fantastic new hotel product among our future customers and support our proactive sales team in establishing and selling our hotel in the market.

What your responsibilities are...

• You will support the sales team in new customer acquisition, customer development and professional customer care in the area of the local and international corporate market as well as at trade fairs and events

• You support the contract management of all framework contracts and bookings

• You sell all hotel offers to our customers and guests, conducting professional and result-oriented sales conversations

• You are present with our guests and customers and are involved in the planning of customer events

• You are a real team player with all hotel departments

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business and ideally have already had glimpsed into the sales departments

• You are good with computers in general and with MS Office programs

• You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism

• You are a communication talent with good German and English skills

• Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality

• You hold a valid work permit for the EU/Germany
