Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager
Job Description:
We seek a dynamic Senior Strategy & Market Intelligence Manager to drive our company's growth and organizational development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement strategies to scale our business, conduct market analyses, and align company-wide goals with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale the business through 2027.
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify potential growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyze technology trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Scope and prioritize company-wide growth and organizational development initiatives.
Manage goal-setting processes across the organization, including facilitating review sessions and supporting leaders in aligning goals with strategy.
Prepare and coordinate board meetings with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with board members and investors.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and internal analyses.

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategy development, market analysis, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and facts into actionable insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act like a business owner.
Demonstrated servant leadership skills.
Ability to effectively manage uncertainty in fast-moving environments.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to have
Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
Familiarity with board-level reporting and presentations.
Knowledge of goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs, SMART goals).
Experience in implementing/using collaboration tools.
Experience in founding or being part of an early-stage startup.
Proficiency in German or Italian is optional.
