The Siemens AI Lab is a collaborative, interdisciplinary platform with the purpose to facilitate AI-driven transformation at Siemens and our customers. Together with AI experts and in co-creation with our partners, we identify, prioritize and validate industrial use cases, and anticipate the implications of AI on people & society. Located in Munich, we provide room for trusted interactions with our AI ecosystem through workshops, trainings and open events.

  • Support the implementation of strategies to connect with internal and external stakeholders

  • Help organize workshops, events, and collaboration sessions with customers, internal stakeholders and other partners such as start-ups or academic institutions

  • Monitor and report on engagement activities using our CRM tooling (Hubspot) and processes

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure operational excellence at the AI Lab

  • Manage logistics, schedules, and resources for various lab activities

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows

  • Help building and maintaining a vibrant community of AI enthusiasts, researchers and practitioners at Siemens and beyond

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Student in at least the third semester with prior internships in a related field

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in German and English

  • Eager to learn more with a “can-do“ attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, independent, dedicated and solution-oriented work approach

  • Motivation to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and solid experience with GenAI tools

  • Available for a full-time internship lasting 3+ months, or a part-time working student position for 6+ months
