We specialize in childcare and have exclusively worked to match families with Au Pairs for over three decades. We're seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to assist existing and prospective clients seeking childcare services.

Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:

  • Engage with potential clients, furnishing information and promptly addressing inquiries.

  • Evaluate customer requirements and match them with available services, providing customized solutions.

  • Foster rapport with clients and partners, ensuring consistent and efficient communication.

  • Assist in processing customer paperwork and internal documentation with precision and timeliness.

  • Coordinate various customer accounts, activities, and events.

  • Exhibit proficiency and understanding of operational processes.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to accomplish shared goals.

  • Uphold the standards of internal business procedures with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Manage incoming phone calls by appropriately assigning and redirecting them as needed.

Client Support Specialist Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting

  • Preferred previous experience managing employees

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Foster a positive demeanor and showcase exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, email systems, and various PC-based applications.

  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and career advancement within the industry.

  • Present oneself professionally through attire and grooming.

  • Execute tasks with a sense of urgency and adeptly prioritize responsibilities.

  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail across all facets of work.

  • Uphold integrity and adhere to ethical principles.

  • Possess a resilient personality capable of managing challenging situations and interactions across diverse cultures.
