A Premier Healthcare Insurance Company based out of Utah is looking to hire Recovery Specialists for their team in Murray, UT!

Description:

• Provides accurate collection, reporting, and follow-up on all refund and over payment checks from providers, insured members, and third parties.

• Accurate correction of claims history and medical expense accounts.

• Team member will be making approximately 400 outbound calls over the course of a month.

• They receive a list of both providers and members each day, start researching what each situation entails (why they're reaching out to them), and then make the outbound calls letting members and providers know why.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheet and database systems
