*[GENERAL DESCRIPTION [The Boiler/Kiln Operator will operate company boiler and kilns using standard boiler and kiln processes. The operator is responsible for the continued operation and processing of the drying product and will often work independently using standard protocols.

*[GENERAL WORK HOURS [This Boiler/Kiln position is currently for a night position, 12 hour shifts. Once trained, the schedule is 3 on 4 off, then 4 on 3 off. The position is full-time. Seniority allows Operators to switch normal work shifts as openings become available in other time slots.

*[REQUIREMENTS [Must be available for nights, weekends and holidays. [Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift safety certification. [Previous work experience required. [Previous Boiler and/or Kiln operating experience of 2 years required. [Previous Forklift experience highly preferred. [Previous wood products experience preferred. [Position may be assigned full time at either Pollok or Nacogdoches, Texas locations. [Must be able to work independently and make operation decisions in a timely and safe manner.

[Job Type: Full-time [Hourly wage is $18.21 -- $21.04 per hour
