• Chair service program steering meeting to track and governance program milestone deliverables.

• Consolidate requirements from global receiving region requirements and get alignment with JV program/service team.

• Lead/collect FCSD Finance Input Request and Panel One submission to program team.

• Work with Joint Venture program and service team to ensure JV developed product meets “Design for Serviceability” (DPA4, CoO, etc) expectations of receiving regions and markets, map and align GPDS deliverables and JV LVEA program deliverables with key stakeholders where needed.

• Lead the service strategy of key commodities by programs.

• Lead Launch scorecard assessment during program launch phase.

• Lead/Support individual cluster meeting discussion as needed.

• Support vehicle program launch accessory readiness.

• Coordinate Global regional and JMC input & alignment for Service Agreement & Orange Book as needed.

• 8+ years' working experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong planning/program management skills and ability to work under ambiguity and conflicts.

• Fluent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Chinese and English (written and verbal).

• Computer literacy and competency with the MS Office / Excel / Project and 3D CAD software.

• Self-starter who can work proactively and could foresee the potential risks and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Sound analytical skills with a strategic mindset.

• Understanding of GPDS (Global Product Development System) and associated systems such as DPA/FEDE/WERS/AIMS.

• Joint Venture working experience is an advantage.

• Electrical vehicle service and HV battery service strategy is a plus.

• Drive for results.
