ManpowerGroup Senior Accounting Consultant in Naperville, Illinois

Position: Senior Accounting Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Naperville, IL

About the Opportunity:

Jefferson Wells is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Consultant with experience in CloudSuite or Syteline ERP systems. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Naperville, IL, offering a chance to join a dynamic team and work with a leading organization. The majority of the on-site requirements are for training purposes.

The position is expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of an extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support various accounting functions using Syteline ERP software.

  • Assist in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes.

  • Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Collaborate with different departments to improve financial operations and reporting.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff and other team members as needed.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syteline ERP usage and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis.

  • Mandatory experience working with CloudSuite or Syteline ERP software.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
