La Vigne and L'Olivier LLC d/b/a Grain De Cafe (Naples, FL) is seeking a French Pastry Chef must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a French Pastry Chef and specific knowledge in: metric measurements, fabrication of French pastries representing specific French regions; salted recipes and capacity to create new recipes utilizing classic authentic ingredients imported from France. Knowledge of adapting cooking techniques taking into account the humid and hot climate.
