Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Human Resources Director you will provide, strategic HR and talent support to HCA's Parallon Division executives at a national, regional or multi-entity level, creating the desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCA’s policies, programs and practices. This role serves as a senior member of the LOB HR team and may be asked to take on more strategic activities with the senior team in the LOB. Reporting to the LOB Regional VP of HR, and utilizing processes and tools from HCA HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers.

What you will do in this role:

  • You will provide support to Division Leadership, Integrated Lines of Business VPs, Corporate Benefits, Vendors, Transition Managers and Directors, Payroll, IT&S, and the Corporate HRIS Team

  • Oversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees, with onsite support provided by ILOB HR

  • You will work with employee data files and interface with multiple support partners and vendors

  • You will proactively evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality

  • Develop HR solutions to meet evolving business needs pertaining to growth and change

What you should have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 7+ years of experience in HR or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in management preferred

  • PHR preferred
