Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Infrastructure team, you oversee multiple prominent client engagements, delivering quality and stakeholder satisfaction. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and maintaining executive-level client relations. You also develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, provide thought leadership during client discussions, and lead cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Information Technology, or Risk Management preferred

  • Certification(s) from a leading cloud service provider preferred

  • Certification(s) from a leading on-premises infrastructure provider preferred

  • Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) , Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL Certification, or Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred

  • Experience in transformation initiatives for large organizations

  • In-depth knowledge in IT infrastructure and cloud platforms

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
