Adecco US, Inc. Product Reliability Manager in Nashville, Tennessee
Adecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Product Reliability Manager in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the reliability, durability, and performance of products throughout their lifecycle.
Developing and implementing reliability standards and strategies to improve product quality, performance, and dependability.
Planning and conducting reliability testing activities to assess product performance under various conditions.
Identifying and addressing reliability issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures to enhance product reliability.
Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.
Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.
Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.
Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
6+ years of experience in reliability, product development/design, testing, or similar engineering fields.
4+ years of experience leading people and projects.
Product/reliability testing experience is required (coordinating, developing, conducting, etc...)
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our client offers:
Annual base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
