Accenture Sales Effectiveness Senior Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee

Integral part of the Sales Effectiveness Team. The Sales Effectiveness Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to client billing, forecasting, invoicing, purchase order management, and financial analysis activities.

Responsibilities

  • Creation, management and system support for all assigned clients related to:

  • Forecasting

  • Billing

  • Proforma/Invoicing

  • Sending Invoices

  • Management of escalations and resolutions.

  • Understanding of all contract details related to assigned clients

  • Management of All Purchase Orders (PO) for the Tower, ensuring PO’s are active and dollars support the revenue being processed.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Delivery Leads related to forecasting and billing for assigned clients.

  • Confirmation of contracts being assigned in MMR and MME

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with reporting, billing and invoicing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in Sales Operations

Professional Skills Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • High Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Power BI; PowerPoint and Word experience desirable.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, dynamic and versatile.

  • Attention to detail and be rigorous.

  • Able to prioritize matters and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
