We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Natick, Massachusetts. This role is within the manufacturing industry with a focus on financial management and analysis. The successful candidate will be offered a hybrid work setup and will be responsible for a variety of financial duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in project accounting and oversee government contracts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

• Manage financial resources and provide financial guidance to various programs

• Monitor and report on the financial performance of assigned programs

• Maintain and update financial data in the ERP system

• Collaborate with the Controller and Program Managers to optimize financial processes

• Ensure compliance with EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems)

• Manage and resolve any financial issues that arise during the course of the program

• Prepare financial forecasts and conduct financial risk assessments for assigned programs.

Requirements

• Must hold a senior position in financial analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Experience in project accounting is required.

• Knowledge and understanding of government contracts are vital.

• Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous.
