Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

BPO Management Analyst

This position reports to GS BPO Management Manager and is based in Paranaque, Philippines

Support global Business Process Outsourcing partner relationships across functions such as Finance and Procurement. The analyst supports multiple processes that optimize value from BPO relationships and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual, service performance and financial obligations.

What You Will Do

• Execution of financial management activities for all global BPOs including creation of Purchase Orders, invoice verification and timely payment of invoices

• Service level data collection and reporting

• Calculation, tracking and maintenance of Service Level Credits

• Compliance tracking and deliverables

• Team agenda oversight, tracking outcomes, documenting closure

• Project support/ownership

• Execution of Governance Processes related to Service Performance, Contract Management, Relationship Management

• Data research and analytics

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Appropriate University/Bachelor’s degree qualification

• 3-5 years of related experience

• Fluent English language

• Strong written and oral communication skills with the demonstrated ability to interact with various levels of the organization

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
