Business Analyst, Portal and Case Management

The Business Analyst for Portal and Case Management will support the products owned by the Enterprise Business Solutions - Operations and Enablement team; delivering exceptional output and supporting the tools used by Kenvuers.

This position reports into Senior Manager, Business Product Owner and is based at Paranaque, Philippines

What You Will Do

The Business Analyst for Portal and Case Management is responsible for supporting the maintenance and management of systems owned by the EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) Operations and Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the discovery of business needs, document functional requirements for ServiceNow

  • Act as a trusted, strategic advisor to Process Owners and Service Delivery Leads to demonstrate a keen understanding of their business needs and how the product can address them

  • Entry, review, and iteration of business needs into the Demand Management Intake platform

  • Develop and manage user stories for ServiceNow, with equal to support to the business functions including but not limited to HR, Procurement, and Finance

  • Schedule and execute user story grooming with functionally specific project teams

  • Draft, iterate, align, and finalize user stories until they are in Definition of Ready (DoR)

  • Draft, iterate, align, and finalize user acceptance criteria in review with functional project teams

  • Facilitate JIRA Project Backlog Administration

  • Provide consultation on requirements to Service and Process Owners

  • Review and approve documentation of work product, user stories, backlog prioritization

  • Communication to product owner and other stakeholders with updates and status of all product requests

  • Coordinate with the Test Lead in the development of a test scripts and identification of resources and schedules

  • Create and track appropriate metrics to meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

Recommend improvements in ways-of-working to ensure quality of output, customer satisfaction, user adoption and enable agility to respond to changing business

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, IT (Information Technology) major preferred

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience is required

  • Experience with ServiceNow is required, appropriate Systems Certifications preferred

  • Experience with ServiceNow integration is preferred

  • Experience with defining the comprehensive functional needs for systems is required

  • Experience working in a Global Services environment (HR, Procurement, Finance) strongly preferred

  • Experience in JIRA and JIRA XRAY strongly preferred

  • Strong business systems analysis and presentation skills are required

  • Superior communication and collaborative skills required

  • Superior Account and Stakeholder Management skills are required
