What You Will Do:

The Senior Reporting & CM representative plays key role in EMEA I2C reporting and planning cycles, by timely providing month-end reporting and meeting corporate deadlines & drive planning process and culture of forecast accuracy.

Plays active part in credit management process by communicating with credit agencies, providing key insights for main stakeholders and coordinating yearly revision of credit limits and payment terms change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Regional SOPs (Bad debt, Credit Limit)

  • Yearly coordination, preparation and calculation of customer type for all Consumer countries.

  • Perform AR reconciliation for EMEA countries.

  • Preparation, distribution and booking of the general and specific doubtful debt reserves for EMEA countries.

  • Creation of Doubtful debt reserve report for EMEA countries.

  • DSO calculation and distribution to local teams for reserve for financing component quarterly review for EMEA countries. Compile feedbacks and send it to A2R for sales discount.

  • Preparation and distribution of all SOX reports for EMEA countries.

  • Accurate and timely month-end reporting for EMEA countries. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines.

  • Work closely with the A2R team and coordinate/align end to end processes that involve both departments.

  • Provide process, accounting expertise and support to key stakeholders on I2C related topics.

  • Support DTP adoption, execution and lead further updates and compliance.

  • Support the set-up of the process to manage “other receivables” according to standard practice.

  • Prepare models for forecasts and drive EMEA consolidation.

  • Drive culture of forecast accuracy within EMEA.

  • Provide credit management support to EMEA countries.

  • Help EMEA countries with the process of payment terms change, credit limits change and etc.

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify process improvements and liaise with BUIT, automation team and Global Process team to define “best in class” practice and ensure that optimal solution is viable, and delivery will be timely.

  • Support business requirements towards “quick wins”

  • Design, propose and drive alternative solutions to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For :

Required Qualifications

4 years of experience in financial and reporting

  • 2 years of experience in credit management

  • Bachelor degree completed

  • Advanced level English

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Organization to manage deadlines and deliveries (sense of priority)

Ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively

  • Negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage different stakeholders.

  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work fast and with multiple tasks.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of English, other languages are preferred.

  • Experience in a shared service center environment preferred.

  • Experience with an ERP system required (SAP, BW and etc.).
