This position reports to Senior IT Manager, Global Consumer Care and is based out of Parañaque, Philippines.

What you will do

As the Software Validation Delivery Lead for our Global Consumer Care division, you will spearhead efforts at the nexus of technology and business to lead the creation of software solutions that enhance Agent and Consumer experiences. Your expertise will drive the delivery of compliant, optimized, and inspection-ready products across the entire software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validation Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end validation of complex software solutions, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and internal standards while delivering robust requirement specifications.

  • Delivery Management: Coordinate with product development teams to ensure timely delivery of software, aligning with project schedules and quality benchmarks while managing a team of software testers.

  • Process Optimization: Apply agile methodologies and digitization tools to streamline validation and delivery processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous testing protocols to guarantee software quality, including the development of automated tests and the management of validation documentation.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure software and processes comply with relevant regulatory standards, and support regulatory GxP audits as required.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business partners, and operational teams to integrate new requirements and ensure continuous improvement in software validation and delivery.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • At least 6 years of experience with Agile methodologies, xDLC, and CSV in a regulated healthcare environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and consumer care principles.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and communication skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and CSV standards, including 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.

  • Experience in collaborating with globally dispersed teams.
